The Battery Rebate, Applied for You
The federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program takes thousands off a home battery. From 1 May 2026 the rebate is tiered: the first 14kWh earns the full rate, 14–28kWh earns 60% and 28–50kWh earns 15%. The rate also steps down every six months until 2030, so the same battery earns less the longer you wait.

How much does solar and a battery cost in Sydney?
Our solar and battery packages start from $7,499 for a 6.65kW system with a 16kWh battery, $8,499 for 10.45kW with 28kWh, $12,499 for 13.3kW with 42kWh and $15,499 for 15.2kW with 48kWh. Prices are confirmed after a free site visit and fixed in writing before any work starts.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every system is designed, installed and supported by our own SAA-accredited team based in Western Sydney.
How much is the battery rebate in 2026?
Under the federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program, a 16kWh battery installed between May and December 2026 earns around 103 STCs (roughly $3,900), and a 28kWh battery around 152 STCs (roughly $5,800), at an STC price of about $38. We apply it at the point of sale.
Which areas do you service?
All of Greater Sydney with no travel fee, from our head office in Mount Druitt, plus regional NSW from our offices in Cobar and Peak Hill.
How long does installation take?
Most homes are installed in a single day. Network approval usually takes 5–10 business days, and most installations are booked within 7–14 days of signing.
What warranties do I get?
25-year panel performance warranty, 10+ year panel product warranty, 5–12 years on inverters, 10–12 years on batteries depending on brand, and our own 10-year workmanship warranty.
Can I add a battery to my existing solar?
Usually yes. We can add a battery with a new hybrid inverter or an AC-coupled battery, including for systems installed by another company, and the battery rebate still applies.
Do you offer finance?
Yes. Green loans from 6.99% p.a., interest-free plans through Brighte and personal loans, with $0 deposit options subject to lender approval.
